At GratiLife Counseling, we’re a group counseling practice rooted in compassion, connection, and growth. Based in Central Florida, our team of experienced counselors walks alongside teens, young adults, families, and couples through every season of life. We focus on helping clients build practical tools and lasting emotional resilience—offering a safe, welcoming space to explore, heal, and move forward. While we also offer coaching for those looking to elevate their personal growth, counseling remains at the heart of what we do.

GratiLife Counseling (formerly Hyer Wellness) was founded by Evyn Greenberg in 2021, with the goal of creating a resource that would help people live fuller, more empowered lives. Evyn’s extensive background in healthcare leadership and clinical practice combined with a passion for people has allowed her to build a practice that meets clients where they are—offering practical tools, deep support, and a safe space to grow. At GratiLife Counseling, we take a person-centered approach that honors each individual’s story. We’re here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change. Whether you're managing everyday stress, navigating past trauma, or simply wanting to feel more aligned and fulfilled, our team is here for you.

Evyn Greenberg, PhD, LMHC

President

Evyn founded GratiLife Counseling, LLC after more than a decade of working in the corporate healthcare sector, where she managed several home-based services companies. Her passion has always been people and she is delighted to apply her people, life, and leadership skills in a more direct and meaningful way!

Evyn has worked as a counselor, health coach, leader, facilitator, and trainer with a large variety of individuals, groups, and companies to facilitate growth and forward movement through listening, supporting, guiding, and collaborating; inviting gentle accountability and honest feedback when needed and always in partnership with her clients. She believes that everyone has a story and should have the opportunity and courage to share that story. It is an honor to be able to listen and facilitate growth in the individuals and groups she works with, while maintaining a positive, safe, and confidential environment. 

Evyn graduated from Rollins College with a Bachelor of Arts and majored in Anthropology. She then obtained her master’s in business administration with a focus on leadership from Crummer Graduate School of Business. She is a certified health coach through Duke University’s Integrative Medicine Program, and completed additional wellness coach training through the Mayo Clinic. Evyn is also a Master Certified Professional Life Coach and provides coaching and leadership development training to individuals and organizations.

She obtained her master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Wake Forest University and is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. Evyn also earned her PhD in Psychology where she published thesis work linking improved life satisfaction to daily gratitude practice in children, which is one of her biggest passions.

Amber Poling

Counseling Intern

Graduate Counseling Intern, CPLC

Amber Poling is a Graduate Counseling Intern and Certified Health Coach who is passionate about helping clients cultivate balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. She creates a warm and supportive environment where individuals feel safe to explore their stories, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
Amber takes a collaborative, person-centered approach to counseling, integrating evidence-based practices with the holistic lens of health coaching. She recognizes the mind-body connection in the healing process and supports clients in building healthy habits that promote both emotional and physical wellness.

Amber holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and has experience working with children, teens, and adults which informs her developmentally sensitive and strengths-based approach. She enjoys working with both children and adults, supporting individuals and families across the lifespan.

With a professional background in leadership and organizational development, Amber also enjoys working with individuals in leadership roles who are navigating stress, imposter syndrome, relational dynamics, and personal growth. She believes healthy leadership begins with self-awareness and emotional regulation and is passionate about helping professionals lead with purpose and balance.

Amber is trained in Christian counseling integration and is able to incorporate faith-based perspectives into counseling for clients who desire this approach, while always honoring each client’s values, beliefs, and preferences.

Amber brings authenticity, empathy, and deep respect for every individual’s journey to her counseling work, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them as they pursue healing and personal growth.

Areas of Focus: Self-esteem, boundaries, anxiety, depression, familial conflict, trauma, emotional abuse, parent support, and leadership development.
